Calories = 1870.  I'm fighting off a cold so I decided to skip the run- the last thing I want is a lingering respiratory infection.

About 2500 calories- logging becomes difficult when you are tasting new partially fermented wine!  We hung out with a winemaker friend and tasted in his warehouse- a total blast.  Then we had some folks over for dinner, so it was a pretty long day.  We'll see what it does to my weight Monday morning :o.

Got in a workout at the hospital gym.  I finally feel like I'm getting my speed back-just in time for the off season .  I've been eating better, which is probably helping.  Along with working out consistently (amazing how that helps!). 

To the lake this weekend- I'm planning on bringing my bike and trainer with me so I can ride there tomorrow (looks like Sunday's the better day for a long run outdoors).

No workout, 1987 calories.  We have a visiting speaker in town so I was shepherding him all day, and a group went out to dinner.  I'm happy to keep my calories under 2000 (it was a very good, fancy dinner!).

So I signed up for not one but TWO challenges!
1.  You'll log Christmas Challenge:
- Log all workouts (not a problem since I already do this)
- Log all food every day until Christmas (I'll use Fitday since I find it easier, and I'll post my calories and nutrient balance here every day)
- Lose 10 pounds by Christmas.  To give myself extra incentive, I have told my husband that I will not buy any clothes or shoes until I weigh 125...
2.  November Crushers Challenge (Pick 4!)- Lose 5 pounds by Thanksgiving
- Ride 10 hours in November
I'll have to decide if I want to add any other goals- finish knitting that scarf?
