 1:42:29; will do an RR when I get the splits.  A little slower than last year :(, but overall an OK race. Especially since I couldn't feel my toes through most of it.

Easy little trainer run before the tri.  I would be ready, but I left my wetsuit at our cottage.  Sigh- long drive down to fetch it Saturday, I suppose.  It was really nasty out today- I could have used a little nice fall before winter started!!!

One of those nights.  I was rushing around and trying to fit in a run.  Ipod and garmin dead.  I didn't feel like running sans music today so decided to bike on the trainer.  Got it set up and realized the back tire was flat.  Still determined to work out so I pumped it up.  Cyclometer not working!  I rode anyway in the 20 minutes I had left.  I'm glad I got on at least!  The time and motivation have been lacking lately!
