Safety meeting from 7-8am.  Rest of the day off.  Started first day of loading in a 12 week schedule for the 1/2 marathon.  Here we go...

 

Errands and lunch then finished up with a 800 yard swim (600 yd free w/o stopping) before picking up kids.
