Finally had surgery to repair my left collar bone.  It was in four pieces.  One was small so he had to bone graft it in place, screws held the other three pieces.  My orthopedic guy is keeping me from work for eight weeks!  He said after that I should be swimming again.  Ten weeks before he wants me on my bike again.
