How do I feel today? Not too bad, it's sunny out but windy and cold today. I'm planning to get an hour on the bike this evening.

Decent workout this evening. I kept it easier then I did the other night. I killed myself the other night. Not tonight but I did fix the speed sensor. It was definitely off for the last workout. I'll try and get out tomorrow and MTB somewhere in the afternoon.

Not a good run this evening, I used up all my stuff last night. I had no legs tonight. It was a moral victory that I actually managed to complete my 6 mile run. I thought about calling it a day but I really didn't want to do that. I just made myself get through it. I've had days like this before and gotten through the workout. This was nothing new, I'm just glad I got it done. Overall not my best run but I did finish.

How do I feel today? I'm tired this morning. It's sunny but windy and cold out. This weather sucks, where is the spring weather? I'll likely get an hour on the bike this evening.

I wound up doing an hour on the bike. There is something not right with my speed sensor. I'm getting ripped off on my mileage. The 10 minute warm up I did at high cadence is off on the mileage. I had to bury myself to make my avg speed and mileage respectable. I went hard tonight and will likely pay for it tomorrow. I just got too caught up in the numbers but it was a good workout.

I went out after work and had a good time. I got home earlier than I thought I would which was pretty nice. I went to bed around my usual time.

We'll the rain did pass and it was actually nice out this afternoon. I wound up doing an hour run on the treadmill this evening. It wasn't bad better than I thought it would be. Any time I lay off the run it's hard to get back to it. One week no running is never a good thing but I did get back and going this evening so overall not really a bad workout. Will try to get some more runs in this week.
