Alexander MacKenzie School to Forest - Stop at Tim Hortons - Return to AMS.

Strong headwind on the way back into town. Definately slowed us down a bit. HR was 10BPM higher on the way back as well.

Stop at Tim Hortons was 28 minutes that is not counted in this time.

I had some bike trouble on this ride.  Turns out my back axle is a little bent.  There is a loud grinding noise as a result whenever I really get pedalling hard.   (hill climbs etc.)  I need to get that fixed here shortly.  I wonder if it will last until my new bike arrives?

Hip is a bit sore again after the running speedwork yesterday.  It doesn't bother me when running, and doesn't seem to stay long afterwards, but it is sore the day after any running speedwork.  I wonder if this should be a concern, or not?

Last Friday of the month = guys night out!
The local guys only fish fry is tonight.
Beer - euchre - beer - fish, beans, hot peppers - euchre - more beer !!Cool

This is motivation for me.  I behave all month long, eating right and no drinking.  This is my reward.  It actually works quite well for me.  Although I have to behave somewhat tonight as I have a lot of yardwork to do on the weekend AND I have to start getting closer to getting the sailboat ready for summer.

Don't mind the poor use of color and smiley faces.  I am starting to experiment with using them finally.
