nice swim. Mojo seems to be holding up and keep on flowing :) I have a trainer session scheduled which is the ONLY things still causes me motivation issues but my good friend RedBull will make sure to help me get on the torture machine and do my session!

tough session not due to the intensity per say but because I had horrible tummy cramping to begin with. Something didn't sit well so I was close to bag the session. but I jump on the trainer, did a little warm up and just start riding hard. The pain went away and my legs felt awesome!

transition run

awesome fun weekend up in VT with Brian Q. Liz, Jen and Robyn. we headed up there Fri PM, had dinner and a few beers (yes me, imagine that!) then on Sat Jen got there and we headed out riding for a fun ride, no session planned, no target watts, no nothing, just riding and having fun. The weather was awesome for VT in October (sunny, 70s!!!) and we followed a mod challeging course (of course VT is either up or down) and in order to stay together I rode poretty easy most of the time. we enjoyed the scenery, we stopped to take pictures, etc. Just plain fun and awesome

Then when we got to the 8 mile climb I went ahead and rode a bit harder and even though I only had a 23 cassette on the back on my tri bike my legs felt awesome and I motored up the climb with relative easy and that was the moment my bike and I healed our differences (we didn't tal much after cancun ;)) and found my training mojo! Now I feel eager to train hard for the next 4 weeks, yay. The weekend was just wicked fun
