legs feeling surprisingly great! I am itching to get out and do my 8 miler run in particular since we are expecting 5-8 inches of snow, ugh!

good run, brrr cold, ouch T pace... I think I over estimated my current fitness level, I need to make minor adjustments to my pace. now some streching and roller foam massage for the legs!
