Back to training tonight. Easy 4 mile run. Worked on getting my new iPod Nike+ configured and figured out. Ran a known 1 mile out then back to set the calibration. It took 3 times to get it right and on the checked it to make sure it measured correct on the slow back. Felt good for the first run after my marathon 8 days ago. Have a sore calf/Achilles tendon. I iced the leg and stretched it out good and it feels much better than it has all week.

Last recovery day.  The fun starts again tomorrow.

Went to Kim's last Home Volleyball game for this year (36-2). Chased the kids around the gym and then took them out to the track and walk 4 laps with the twins (3) while the older kids ran. I also did some light stretching which felt so goooood.
