Went to Kim's last Home Volleyball game for this year (36-2). Chased the kids around the gym and then took them out to the track and walk 4 laps with the twins (3) while the older kids ran. I also did some light stretching which felt so goooood.

Post Marathon recovery day.  Rest!!! keep moving.

I am done, sore, tired and lighter. I am not that happy about my race results but I am excited that I was able to finish my first marathon. 04:42:37.9

Very slow and easy run. I had to consciously hold myself back and not go faster than my planed 10:00 mile. I felt like I was almost walking. Kept the HR down and had a nice slow walk and stretch after the run.
