Working on winter and spring training schedule.  Going to take a break from training fro a week and then jump back into it.  Going to concentrate on base running, with a little bike and base swim build.

Good race but didn't reach my goals but I did finish and a new Half Marathon PR. Should be more excited but I know I could have done better if I was 100% sore Knee really held me back!
