Did 2 miles @ 9 min/mile
HR test up .2 mph to failure which ended up being another 1.25 miles (got to 6.5 min/mile pace)

You got to be kidding me!  I just torture myself trying to get an accurate max HR.  Ran like a frigging lab rat on my treadmill and yet I find out that my max HR is EXACTLY 184.  By the way, for those reading this....220-my age (36) equals ....yep!  a F-ing 184 bpm!!!

Damn it!  Damn it!  Damn it!

I am going to have a beer on this one!

Couldn't keep my breathing/HR down. Was short on time anyway, so just cut the workout short.

Semi-annual Navy Physical Readiness Test: 97 s/u, 75 p/u, and 1.5 mile run.

Too easy, and yet, we still have 19 yearolds failing it. It is a shame when the ol'man/boss beats them.
