First time back in the pool in a while.  Got lazy when I thought the Tri was going to be cancelled due to the hurricane.  Now that it is on, I have got to do some 400 swims to get used to that distance for the Tri.  Can't complain about today.  Took it easy on the 400 just to make sure I did it all (crawl) and my average was only a few seconds higher than the normal 50s.  Not to mention that the 2nd set of 50s didn't drop off in speed (or lack there of) from the 1st set.
