Did a reverse brick with the run first to keep my HR down. 30 min on treadmill below 150 (27-30 cadence/20 secs) then 30 min on trainer below 140 (90+ RPMs)

Well, finally back home (and at work) so hopefully things will get back to normal with the workouts.  I should be able to make a decent week out of training, even with my trip to Dallas, although it will be mostly run focused.  Next year, I will get back into swimming and riding...promise!
