1st leg workout in many months...Ouch!

Doing weights (legs) and a stationary ride today.  The pool has been closed for the past 3-4 days since the temp is in the 50s.  Very cool temp for Key West, but can't complain as it is January and I am not further north....temp in Nawlins was 39 yesterday, I will gladly take the 50s.

Had to rearrange my race schedule as my Navy travel sked has changed a bit.  Lost my June HIM, but replaced it with a marathon and another OLY.  Added a HIM in September prior to my IM in November.
