Cold F-ing ride!!!

Ok, I don't think I have ever been so cold in my life while exercising.  I knew it was going to be cold when I took Champ out this morning and saw the frost on the ground.  Decided that we were going to do the ride no matter the temp.  Well that only lasted about 11 miles out, then we decided to return home.  None of us had any desire to push the pace either with it being so cold, so that made for a very slow ride too.  I am still trying to get my toes to thaw out.  33 degrees is too cold, I know that now...Maybe 45 I can handle.  The remaining scheduled workout time will be completed on the Computrainer tonight.

The Veteran's Day holiday started a bit early as we stopped work at noon today.  Add that to the 3-day weekend and it makes for a long weekend....gotta love it.  Not much on the schedule as I only plan to relax and take care of a few things around the house, run a few errands and get in the rest of my scheduled workouts, which means a CT ride later tonight.  I need to turn pro because these workouts are much more enjoyable and are easier to complete when you don't have that "work" thing getting in the way.
