Yes, I am alive.  No medical emergencies this time.  Just busy with the family this weekend and not doing much in the form of working out, unless you call a game of quarters with Tequila a workout.  Today is supposed to be an off day and I am not going to use it as such.  I need to get back in the game with my workouts.  Last week was a rest week, but I don't think Fish intended for me to get that much rest.  This week's schedule is huge, and I need to make it happen!  Good holiday week to get everything accomplished, especially with no family obligations.  Workouts, rest and football...what else do I need? 

Going to stick with the schedule that the coach gave me.  Can't add missed workouts to this weeks schedule.  Fish already has me scheduled for 10 hours and I will stick with her plan.  Just very frustrating for missing the workouts this weekend.

The family is beginning to take over the house.  My house was volunteered to host a engagement party for my cousin and all the family is coming in this weekend for it.  My mother and aunt have been here since yesterday cooking, cleaning, getting in the way, etc.  Should be a fun time, but I am very independent and like "my" space, so this will be a little out of the norm for Lane.  Some 50+ people in my house Saturday night.  Good thing there is going to be mucho alcohol, cuz I think I am going to need it.

Did a run since I couldn't get to the pool tonight. Forgot the HR strap.

Today was supposed to be a swim morning, but the lightning outside prevents that from happening..yes, even for an indoor pool.  The bad weather is supposed to remain around all day.  I will try to get to the pool later today or maybe a short run instead.
