Holiday routine has begun. Since I am covering the week between Christmas and New Year's, I am off until next Tuesday and only have to work Tuesday and Thursday. Not too bad huh? Only two work days between now and Christmas.

Being lazy this morning, but that won't last too much longer. 2 hour run, then watching Kona, then heading to the pool for a swim (yes, swim) workout.

Work week is done! Whoo Hoo!!! Now it is time for the majority of my work-out week. I have an hour CT ride tonight, 2 hour run & 1 hour swim tomorrow, a 2-3 hour CT ride & 30 min transition run on Sunday! Thing is...I am looking forward to it. Not to mention that my senior enlisted gave me a couple of bottles of his home brew (Christmas Red), so I have some quality post-workout recovery beverages to partake in too. Gonna be a fun weekend!

Thursday - December 7

Too damn cold outside to run...damn 30 knot wind. Guess tomorrow's off day will be today...I am not getting on the CT for a 3rd straight day. Maybe I will throw around a few weights and call that a workout today.
