Got a bit bored at the end and pushed the effort out Z2.

Today is bike day then hanging out with friends for the night. Should be a fun night on the town...I'm already thinking that tomorrow's run may be a bit painful.

Holiday routine has begun. Since I am covering the week between Christmas and New Year's, I am off until next Tuesday and only have to work Tuesday and Thursday. Not too bad huh? Only two work days between now and Christmas.

OK, so the coach really doesn't like it when I "make-up" missed workouts and today was supposed to be an off day, so I compromised a bit and only made up 1 hour of the missed workout from yesterday.
