Sunday - December 17

Didn't get to the long run. Had a good time on Saturday, but I was good and played the part of the responsible DD, so no hangover for Lane. However, I got no sleep that night as "things" in my life have finally exploded and that is both for the good and bad. More to come....

Today is bike day then hanging out with friends for the night. Should be a fun night on the town...I'm already thinking that tomorrow's run may be a bit painful.

Spent the day cleaning house, grocery shopping & wrapping Christmas presents. Guests arriving for the weekend. No time to get in a short workout.
