OK, Mental Olympics or not, I am getting a workout in today.  Headed to the pool shortly.

Not an extremely long workout, but it was what was scheduled.  Short in distance, but I feel pretty good about the times.

 

Maybe a "makeup" ride on the CT later tonight???
