Another busy day. Fence contractor is coming by, then I need to go pick up my bike at the LBS, go to the grocery store, back to Bed, Bath & Beyond, Petco, andpossibly Home Depot.

Wanted to do a longer run, but it is all I had in me. I have been eating healthier, but not nearly enough in the last week or so. Major fueling problems. Oh well, better than no workout at all.

I need to go back to work so that I can get some rest.

As you all can tell, or maybe not, I have been quite busy with the new house! Too many details that I have been busy with. Contractors for the fence, estimates for the pool, painters, electricians, movers etc. AND A NEW PUPPY!!! I bought a white lab and have been spending some quality male bonding with the new pup! Decided not to go with the name Kona...just didn't fit the champagne color of this lab. So I decided on CHAMP....as in short for the CHAMPagne color. I will try to post pics later.

~~The workouts did take a break, but I knocked out a 5 miler yesterday and will get back out for~~ uanother ~~run later today.~~ Done...now I will attempt to load some pics of the pup via dial-up.

Directv guy is coming by this morning. After that, it is time for a workout. Still have many errands/shopping adventures left, but the run will happen today. Swim (yes, I said swim) tomorrow. Bike (Katrina) is at the LBS getting a tune up/cleaning. I pick her up tomorrow, so maybe I will throw her back on the Computrainer and knock out a ride too. In the process of scoping out a good bike course for this weekend.

And yes, that was me sending out the multiple texts with my new cell #. We rednecks from Tennessee aren't that bright when it comes to text messaging. :) If I overlooked you by mistake let me know, I will pm it to you.
