Took a little rest time/hiatus and now it is time to make the last push till the taper begins.  Got a long consecutive stretch of workouts (11 days&30+ hours of workouts) that will take me to my taper.  Now just have to push through and get them done!  Starts tonight with a CT ride.

Oops, change in plans.  The plane is broken and there isn't another flight for today..thanks to all the schools being on Spring Break.  Will try again tomorrow. 

 

Now I think I will take my Mother and Rhonda down to Beale Street today and then dinner.

Definitely a confidence builder workout today.  I have always wanted to do this workout, so why not try it today???

40 mile bike/4 mile run/40mile bike/4 mile run - Double brick!

The runs off the bike were faster than I needed and I am going to have to slow down for IMAZ, but this felt good today.   Capped the workout off with a nice ice bath....Yowza!


And to come home and have a beautiful woman in your kitchen cooking you an italian dinner was a nice surprise too.  Finally, this dating thing may be working out for me.  ;)
