Good swim. Still fighting the sinus cold, but couldn't chance getting too much more behind in my training. I am feeling better, but still not great. Another workout on the sked for after work.

Still battling a cold and some unreasonable leg soreness from the race this weekend.  Guess that is what happens when you don't workout regularly before a half-mary.  Trying to decide if the workout or the sinuses are going to win tonight.
Just got back from Nawlins.  Great trip.  Great run.  Lots of fun.

Good run.  Wasn't feeling like pushing too much at the start, but that may have been due to the Hurricane, couple of beers and the bottle of wine the night before.  After about mile 6, I got into a groove and started picking up the pace.
