Today was my normal weekly PT (physical training) session with my work peeps. Then took off for my 40 min run afterwards. Now it is time to rest up for a long day tomorrow.
Cold ride outside, but I had to finally get out and off the damn Computrainer. Nice transition run afterwards. Now I am making my transition into my St. Paddy's Day festivities....
Took a little rest time/hiatus and now it is time to make the last push till the taper begins. Got a long consecutive stretch of workouts (11 days&30+ hours of workouts) that will take me to my taper. Now just have to push through and get them done! Starts tonight with a CT ride.
