at the Y. crowded. everyone in the medium lane was a lot slower than me. I'm still not quite fast enough for the fast lane, although it'd probably force me swim faster/harder, but this was just supposed to be a recovery swim. I worked on my flip turns a little bit when the turn was clear. A bit inconsistent. Still need practice.

hi peeps.  race went well, esp. considering I haven't done any hill training.

Was 5th overall (out of 23 finishers, about 30 originally registered).  1st in my AG out of 4.  Not a bad outing.
