Sluggish. Lunch-break run walk. nice conditions outside 75* and sunny, light breeze. I felt very very tight. Left shin still hurts a little and my right toes whent numb? Probably time for new run shoes for overpronator. I only ran about .5 mile alternating during the 20 minutes. stiff and sore. Plan to swim tonight if raining like forecast suggests, otherwise either run or bike.

2x500 Pull Descend by 100's :30 rest
500 Fartlek 100 to 25 alt open H2O Breathing and Side breathing.
Very very good workout! Longest workout since last year when I tore my shoulder. Warm-up was supposed to be a 800 fartlek, but got cut to 500 because I was realy pressed for time. The air the pool was poor again, though.

Went to the doctor to discuss steady weight gain and cysts. Did a LOT of blood work. Even though I "execrise"/ train and have a good diet, I still continue to gain weight, and body fat %. Tested for Dibetes (hyperglycemia) and HypoThyroid something. (yeah opposites and isn't that conveineint?) both of which run in my immediate family. Results should be back by Wednesday afternnon.
