EXCELLENT run! Never walked one step. First for me. I ran with UnderArmour calve tights and a cropped tri shirt (hit above my belly button-gasp) and felt confident even with my belly jiggle. Ran well, concentrated on breathing, and had fun. By the last 1/4 mile I was smiling!Such a great run!!

Very good run.. went diff route on trails, lots of smalls hills and gradient variations, more like trail running, but on asphalt. Saw 2 deer. 63 degrees, overcast, light wind. Legs still are very sore, but it was a tough run for me

I've lost 4.5 lbs! in about 10 days.

I had to walk quite a bit. Lower back, right knee and right shin still hurt. Lower back is a new pain. I had ravioli for lunch and it made me feel sick- i ran 1.5 hr after eating.

I've lost 4.5lbs in the last week or so. Good start. Not outwardly trying to lose weight, but shedding extra lbs will help a lot in run and bike
