I kept stopping to mess with chain and chain ring. I ride a Transistion multisport, so the chian rings are 32, 41, 53. There's somthing up with my cable and it wouldnt pull it out of the first ring. (not fun to ride in). I'm going to have it checked out tonight- I didnt have the right tools with me to manipulate it, so i just rode back to the house.

Both legs are tender in shin area- again. Bummer to go fromgreat run to running with pain in 24 hours. I had to walk about 1/2 a block to get it back under control...

A little extra this evening off the bike to get my legs and practice T2. Not so fun

I got pretty frustrated about my bike. Hopefully I can get it fixed up this evening.

EXCELLENT run! Never walked one step. First for me. I ran with UnderArmour calve tights and a cropped tri shirt (hit above my belly button-gasp) and felt confident even with my belly jiggle. Ran well, concentrated on breathing, and had fun. By the last 1/4 mile I was smiling!Such a great run!!

Very good run.. went diff route on trails, lots of smalls hills and gradient variations, more like trail running, but on asphalt. Saw 2 deer. 63 degrees, overcast, light wind. Legs still are very sore, but it was a tough run for me

I've lost 4.5 lbs! in about 10 days.
