I'm guessing about 2 miles. I dropped my radio (at least it wasn't my ipod), and had to wait for stop lights.

I'm having a terrible motivation day. I want to go run, but right now I'm a work and my usual run buddy can't go. If i go by myself it means that I am going to have to run the sidewalks instead of my fun trail route (trail is not a good idea by myself as it's deep woods, etc). I hate running the sidewalks because it's hard on my legs and i get bored. Also, I forgot my ipod, so I'm SOL there too. *** I had to wait for stop lights and traffic. Messed up my rythym. Was completely unshaded. 92* and about 45% humidity

Same route as yesterday. I walked from 13:40 to 15:40 (2 min) because I was dying.

I walked 2 min during my run today. The blisters on my feet are still nasty and the heat and humidity are killer (92* at 80%). Legs are tender but overall, pretty decent run. I just signed up for hte MS 150. You can check it out or donate to me and my team. I am riding in the MS 150 bike tour this year. While 150 miles on a bike may be tough, for thousands of people it's even harder to live day to day with Multiple Sclerosis. I have set a personal goal of raising $150.00 to aide in fighting MS. The team I am riding for, Defined Fitness Training- Women's Racing Team, has a goal of $2,000.00. By donating just five dollars you will be helping to end the devastating effects of MS. Also, if you are interested in riding the MS 150, please, join our team. You do NOT need to be a member of the women's race team to join our MS 150 ride team (You don't even need to be female!). Please, just visit my site or the team's site and take a moment to look at the effects of MS and what you can do to help fight it. -DFT page -Courtney's Page Thank you so much! Courtney Crutcher
