not a great ride. was supposed to be 30min spin with 3x60sec accel. every 5 minutes. I got about 3 1/2 miles from home and big lightning and storms were rolling in. I raced back to the house. Last night there were winds of 60+ mph (about 10pm). I had left the house at 8:30, but on my way back I was going DOWNHILL in my aerobars at 23mph. I was into the wind. I rde this hill consistently at over 32mph. I knew I was in trouble. It was hell trying to get back to the house. Crazy how the weather could go from clear to ominious in 15 minutes.

I'm still reeling from what eric said last night. he has since apologized multiple times, but my feelings are crushed. I think it's safe for me to expect flowers, but i doubt i'll be so lucky.

Eric and I got into a huge fight over our the fridge. He said some words he didnt really mean after he thougth that he had hung up the phone. You can only imagine but I was seriously hurt.

Nice and slow, just kept on a running. Big ole blisters are on the sole of my left foot- i poopped and drained it- it's okay now, then i tore one off from between my toes. that one hurts like a mother, then i have an older deeper one my the ball of my right foot that i made a slit in and is healing nicely. I ha 2 others come up, but they are tiney, so I'm not worried about them. Just the one in between my toes really hurt

Not feeling very well. My poopy feeling (agian, read between the lines), has not stopped. My stomach hurts and although I am very hungry, I dont want to eat anything. I have some dry toast and a bannana before work, but the feeling wont go away. I had a 3% loss in weight since yesterday morning, I made sure to super carbo-load prior to the race, I had actually gained 6 lbs in 3 days prior. Was it too much? ** BUT, I did earn a qualifying posistion for next year's USAT Age Group Nat's, even with my very poor run *** HAHAHAHA I just saw this.
