Worst sleep ever. Damn motel 6. oh, and the fact that we were right on I-70 and it was my boyfriend and my 2 dogs in bed didnt help. I liked getting to snuggle the puppies since I dont let them in bed at home, but was a very uncomfortable bed and the pillows sucked.

Total loss again. This week has been a disasterous training week. *** Eric got the outline done for his half sleeve. looks terrific. I wasnt too happy about the place he decided to go to, but after she started working, I became very impressed. Ashely at Icon in Blue SPrings does great line work. go there. coloring gets done in 3 weeks. exciting.
I love my dog. If it werent for him licking my hand this morning, I never would have got up. I would have been SUPER late for work. Good dog. I sat on my bike for just moment last night and my "area" is tender, but not as bad as it could be. I can sit on my full butt today instead of just one side, so it's MUCH better. *** At least my house got cleaned... I however, did nothing else.

NOthing. Total loss. I feel like a failure. It doesnt get dark until 9, so I maybe could have done a quick run when I got home, but I hadnt had anything to eat since 11am, so I dont think that would have turned out too well.

Forecasted High for today- 112. !!? Planned workout is Brick: B: 60 min @ RPE 4 followed w/ R: 30 min recovery run @RPE 2-3 So I guess I'll try to get started about 7:30pm? That will put in in the house right at sundown. It wont be late enough still though. Last night for my spin it was still smokin' hot out at 8. *** I hardly got any sleep, and what I did get was lousy. Also, I feel like I have monkey butt going on, but actually I have a brusised ass-crack. That's about the only way I can explain it. I dont know if I'll have time to get in a new sadle before my race this weekend. *** i entered this above info at 8:30am. It's not 1:31 and my crotch freakin hurts. I mean really. It's not like a rub or raw wound, but tail-bone, sit-bone, crotch pain. It hurtst. I just called the greatest biek shop in the world- Freeride BIke and Skate ( and ordered a Terry Tri Gel. There's no way I am suffering through with a slightly lighter men's saddle anymore. They retail at $110, but I got the fat hook-up. I'm still spending twice the price of a normal saddle though. but at least my ass wont hurt as bad. Hey if you hafta be ont he nose, you might as well get comfortable. posters scare me-
