4 hours of tattoo work- post race. I now have a poofy foot.

was supposed to have new tat done tonight, but got moved to sat after race I changed my tire and tube all by myselft! yeah! it didnt take that long and i did a good job, so go me. I put on my new Terry Tri gel saddle that Justin got me for my birthday. It's SOSOO much better.
I'm exhausted. I know I'm not sleeping enough, or eating in the right intervals. My weight keeps going back up. I'm getting a new scale, too. I bought this fancy schmancy scale a while back, but my old cheaper one did a better job of showing up to 1/4 lbs weight fluxuations. this one doesnt change at all even if it should- like i weighed with shoes and full clothing on then pottied and weighed naked about 4 min later- showed same weight?

I'm goign to try reducing my food intake this week. My weight shot back up a few pounds early last week and i've been feeling sluggish.
