A couple hills, but nothing too difficult. My legs were really tired.

If Sarah hadn't called, I would have sat on my ass last night. *** Okay, there is a woman at work that is very overwieght and complains to me all the time about how fat she is. THen tells me all about her aches and pains and how things hurt. She's 30, not 60. She gives me every excuse in the book on why she cant do anything. She "walks" twice a week for 15 minutes each time, then when somebody comes over to her desk, she tells them about how everything hurts on her because shes been "running." When ever she gets up or walks she will go "Ouch, oh, my runners knee is acting up." i MEAN REALLY! Also, it isnt like she has a previous sports injury. She is a self proclaimed couch potato (and a runner at the same time mind you)AAAHHH!

Wow. This is a really blank week. .. bad time to take a week off, but i'm feeling late season burnout and i have only 4 weeks until 1/2 max! aaggghhh!!
