Post wedding.  Our son's girlfriend fell out of the bus transporting everyone back to the hotel.  We spent the day at the hospital. She's ok--ankle is wrapped and things are ok.  No energy for a workout.

Swam at class today.  I felt that my swim stroke is getting much stronger.  I ended up focusing on the 'holding the forward hand while breathing.'  Also, the class focused quite a bit on the pull and I'm not snapping my hand at the wrist at the end of the pull. 

5X100 @ 4' intervals (1:41, 1:43, 1:43, 1:43, 1:40).

Also reviewed video from last week.  Areas of focus--front quad on breathing, dropping the pull hand too soon.  Also, hips are not rotating.
