Ugh.... Super sore after bosu last night. But we got the normal Tuesday track workout done. Warm-up, pilos, strides and then 4 x 800 (7:41, 7:30, 7:28, 7:18).

Super sore--I see a date with my foam roller tonight.
A weak week of exercise. I had great things planned for Sunday (swim, run, kayak) but got called into work unexpectly. Need more exercies and less excuses. However, generally I have been getting the plank workouts in.
