grafton st/vernon st loop, with new extra hill

in the spirit of looking at the positives:   1)  I got out and ran  and 2)  the pace that felt like a slow death march today was my "whee I'm flying" pace of two months ago.

now on to the rest of my run.   my legs are still super toast from Sunday's ride, despite the extra day of rest I took.  cardio-wise, I didn't feel like I was pushing my hardest, but I had to pull out every mental trick not to walk today, especially on the hills.    AdCo even remarked that I was way more thuddy than usual... not my best day.  but hey, it's practice for how crappy I'll feel at the end of cranberry, right?

bailed on the swim.  quite honestly feel like if I got in the pool now, I might drown.
