This workout was all endurance.  I ddn't have nearly the speed that I wanted, but at least I got through it!  The first run was in 95-degree heat and we had winds about 12 mph for the bike.  I had a short walk break on the second run, but otherwise, I was steady, if slow.

My schedule and the heat are requiring me to jack around with my training again.  I had to sub a run for my swim on Monday, and I had planned on swimming today, but I haven't had a decent run all week. So, I'm thinking that I'll run today instead of swimming.  I've got a swim on the books for tomorrow anyway.  Then, with the swim meet in the morning on Saturday, there is no way I'm going to have time to do my planned 2 1/2 hour workout when it's not blazing hot outside.  So, I think I'll make up for some swimming time on Saturday and maybe get some biking in at the end of the day.  Then we'll see how Sunday and next week look for shifting some workouts around and getting back on track.
