Was suppose to do a group swim/bike out at the lake today but it was wet and COLD. Fortunately everyone had brain cells and decided to swim at the pool (2/ wetsuits) and cxl bike.

Learned some wetsuit tips and swam some with Bree & Reva and practiced drafting somewhat.

Did flat to gentle build route off of 471 S going towards Devine. Great route to get ready for BS. No shade at all.
Left leg is still bothering me. I iced it when I got home.

Woo Hoo! I bought a Garmin last night. Hopefully I'll have a little more to work with now. Should be here in a week.

Bike after Run. Glutes hurt for a couple miles but wind was with me so I spun easy for a while to work it out.

Need to keep reminding myself to keep my heel down.

Run felt good. HR controlled. Took most of the way to get to 141 range.
Still having inside leg pain in both legs when I start out.

Did another 5min after the bike. Surprisinly that felt good. I could definitely go longer. Good News since my first race is next weekend.

Ok swim... need Coach to keep me focused. I've been getting sloppy when I get tired. I'm still getting use to the 2000-2300 distance.

Much Needed Day Off Today...Even got an hour nap but it wasted my sleep at night. :(.

T-pace focused swims today. Need to do the math of where I'm suppose to be for 200-300m swims +/- 3.
Pushed too hard early and couldn't crank out the last set. Just did a avg pace 300 at end.

Morning was beautiful and couldn't resist the call to enjoy the coolness. Should have waited till the afternoon to run but what the heck..I can do HOT during the week.
Need to push more into Z-4 and get HR up to 151. Did do big hill on edge of town which led to the downhill reward. Cut it short a few minutes for Church. Need to get a Garmin.
