Easy 2000m swim. 8 x 250, all of 4:30. 1st, 5th, and 8th were at easy pace, but all right at 4:00. 2 and 6 were 25 at 90%,25 at race pace, in 3:50. 3 and 7 were 50 hard, 50 race pace, 50 hard, 100 race pace, each at 3:46, 4th was steady race pace, but breathing every 3rd stroke. Felt good and was faster than expected.
