I have made a decision to "retire" from triathlon training.  I don't think I should be running and the thought of walking the 13.1 miles of a half is of little interest.  Between my back and shoulders I need to eliminate any of the impact types of training.  So, I will be looking at low impact strength type training and cycling from a more upright position. 

Not saying I won't race at all, but it would be more along the lines of doing the bike portion of a relay.
