Goofy's ass has been kicked!  Would have liked sub 4, but am pleased to have been this close doing the race and a half! I'll get the sub 4 at a stand alone! Thanks for all the inspires, it helped!

3:30 AM - Cold (38 degrees), raining and early! What better way is there to race!

Pretty happy with my pace, maybe a bit quick.  I wanted to be under 2 hours. 

Someone needs to tell that f...ing mouse that you can't see the pace booty in the dark!  And yes, it did snow in Florida!  In fact it would have probably been better if it stayed snow, but it turned to freezing rain and the just rain.  Lots of wet frozen people waiting for the bus!

Easy final training run!  Other than being a bit dehydrated from the cold tab I took last night, everything felt real good.  I won't take another one of those, I think I minimized the head cold I have been pushing back anyway.

Supposed to be 7 miles at M pace, but I over dressed trying out some potential combinations for this weekend and it was a bit slower than I had hoped.  But other wise a very good run at this point!

Nice run, a bit cool and breezy, but bright and sunny too.  I think it was about 34 when I left.  Leg is feeling all but back to normal.  No twinges at all today.

Probably a rest day today!  No running planned and I have no access to much else, other than maybe some body weight exercises later on.  We'll see if anything gets done.  If I could log hiding from my mother in law as a sport I would do that! For some reason she thinks my marathon experience would be better if I carried an extra 5 or 10 pounds along. Yikes!
