The following equipment is nearing replacement:

Not anything going to happen around here today! Cool  Stomach is still not very good which leads me to believe that something I ate wasn't good rather than it being effort induced.  As my friend Clyde would say, the taint is not in great shape this morning!

Did a quick RR to get this one behind me and onto IMFL!

The swim felt long, but every swim feels long to me.  The course was set at 116 so that isn't too far off.  Nutrition issues made the run a death march for the most part.

More when I am not sleepy and sore!

I was sitting here a bit frustrated with the run, when it occurred to me that I just finished another IM, plus an extra 4 on the bike!  I guess I will go to bed feeling a bit better!

Easy day other than packing up the bike and heading to registration.  Picking up THE Logo for the trip!! Cool

Going for a top 27 finish tomorrow, I think I have a chance!

Straight swim working on form.

Decided to do something rare this morning and slept in.  I have a short swim on the plan today so I will just do that after work.  It has been a very busy week at work, especially yesterday.  Missed a short bike and a short run, which isn't like me, but haven't had the time.  On the other hand, I think that the extra rest along with the massage and stretching will have the ITB better behaved Sunday.

On one hand it is very nice to have a long course race nearby and not have to deal with the travel.  But, on the other hand I am having trouble focusing on the race Sunday not being in the race community that forms around an IM race site.

Thinking about registering for the new Chattanooga IM instead of Florida for 2014.  Connie likes Florida and her family comes up, but she has friends in TN and it would shorten the season by about a month.  With FL70.3 being a month earlier next year, that would be nice.

Kershaw swim with the full sleeve wetsuit!  Felt like I was swimming all over the place, but the wind gave me a little push on the way back in.
