Almost feels silly to run 2 miles, especially at this effort. Should I be at race pace or should these be higher intensity? Who knows, too late now any way. Only 1 more easy 2 mile run on Saturday before the big day.

I am a little freaked out at this point.

I hope my body cooperates this well on Sunday. I am targeting 10 minutes miles at 140 BPM.

If I can run sub 10's at 138 it will be a great day!
