Well I wasn't really in the mood for a workout, but I made myself go to the gym because I am trying to get back down below 160 and I never can seem to lose weight without exercising. This is definitely going to be a light week, but at least I got something done!

Today will be a rest day and I am going to need to figure out my work out schedule now that the marathon is over. I did well eating the first day post marathon so hopefully I can get back down below 160 soon!

Overall feeling pretty good today. My legs were sore yesterday, but not too bad. I do have one spot on the bottom of my foot that feels like a bruise. It felt great to stretch today! Now it's time to get my eating back to normal!
