Great trainer session with Shawwna. We did dead lifts, pull ups, push ups, dips and more. I felt my muscles straining to the next level.

Did political canvasing in my neighborhood for about an hour and a half. We walked and then even ran a bit when it started to pour down rain on us!

Well I wasn't really in the mood for a workout, but I made myself go to the gym because I am trying to get back down below 160 and I never can seem to lose weight without exercising. This is definitely going to be a light week, but at least I got something done!

Today will be a rest day and I am going to need to figure out my work out schedule now that the marathon is over. I did well eating the first day post marathon so hopefully I can get back down below 160 soon!
