Pushups, Situps, Upper Body

Going to hit the weights at lunch and get a run in tonight.  Need to start getting back in the groove and not pack on the winter weight. 

Taking another rest day.  Didn't sleep real well last night.  This is the last week of being lazy.  I'll get back into it next week.

I am doing ART on my hips tonight and may do some core and pushup stuff while watching TV tonight.

I feel like I am living in Seattle.  All it has done the last 3 days is rain and it is supposed to keep raining until Tuesday. 

I may get a short ride in tonight or I may not.  My wife did a charity event last night for Christoper House at a bar.  She was a guest bartender and all the tips went to the charity.  Let's just say that I contributed a decent amount of tips.  I'm not feeling on top of the world right now.

Pushups, situps and lower body PT

Flew to KC this morning for a meeting from 9:30 - 11:30.  Heading back after that.  Hope to get home in time for a core strength class at my gym at 5:30.  May ride after that, we will see.  
Didn't get home in time.  Bailed on everything tonight.  I also noticed that the Hot Chocolate Race is sold out.  Won't be running it this year as I didn't register in time.  I heard there are 12,000 people running it.  That is a lot of people for a 15k run.
