Not sure what I'm going to do today.  I have Cubs tickets for tonight. I may try and get a quick 3 mile run in before the game.  Otherwise it will be another day off. 

Nothing today.  Was going to go ride, but woke up walked the dog and my wife and I decided to go get brunch instead.   I start a new bike class on Wednesday at Vision Quest.  They should kick my butt back into shape.

Ran with my wife. My right lower leg from the inside of my ankle up about 3 inches is really hurting. I hope it isn't the start of shin splints

I had some ART and Gratson done on my calf and ankle area today in addition to my right neck\shoulder.  I thought I was going to die from the pain.  It feels a lot better today though.

Exhausted today.  My wife and I went to the Billy Joel\Elton John concert at Wrigley Field last night.  Didn't get much sleep.  Going to try and get a swim in at lunch (forgot goggles, swim is out) and a short run after work. 

BTW - That is not us in the pictures.  I was trying to take a picture of the stadium from the field.  No idea who those people are.
