Some slow warmup jogging, followed by some normal pace stuff, followed by some stride ladders. No pain in either the knee or the achilles.

OWS in the oceans. Waves were big and currents were a little rip-tidey for my tastes, so, since I was swimming by myself, I stopped after 600y or so. I was quite a ways further out to sea than I had been when I started.

I'm fine. Busy as hell at work, and getting home late, and trying to get more sleep, so not as much BT. Missed you guy. I'm off to Florida w/the fam tomorrow, to get some sun and R&R.
The good news is, I got discharged from Physical Therapy today. The other day, I kinda noticed that my knee was fine. Funny how that happens. Achilles is still a little tender, but my PT thinks it's cause I need to replace my shoes, which I now have. Guess what color they are? :)
