PT was great. Two more sessions and I'm done. I start running for real next week. I feel like I'm getting out of jail. B: Kashi L: Pizza D: fancy cheese, oysters and champagne with the wife.
This is sort of a lost week. Between drinks with a friend after work, my wife's plans, and PT tomorrow, I won't be able to get a proper workout until Friday. The good news is, I saw my ortho today and she said that if my calf is still feeling ok next week, I get to start running, and reduce my PT from 2x/week to once a week. Also, the horrible renovation project is almost over. Another week, I bet, tops, and it'll be done. B: Kashi cereal L: Skipped--busy S: turkey sandwich D: Chicken stew and rice, banana cake
